Good pick for a brief visit in Austin with a great value-to-price ratio. The check-in staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Tip, Request extra towels in advance for a quicker response.

The views from our high floor room were fantastic, and the staff was notably friendly. However, the pool was unfortunately closed, despite the enticing imagery advertised, which was quite disappointing. The executive lounge's evening offerings were also underwhelming, with food that didn’t meet expectations during our stay. Fortunately, the breakfast was better, and the freshly prepared dishes at breakfast were enjoyable.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
During our stay, the staff greeted us warmly and surprised us with a congratulatory card for our anniversary. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of Lady Bird Lake. Dining was hit-or-miss. the pizza from Cannon and Belle stood out, but breakfast in the lounge needs improvement.

missingWrote a review on Aug 20cleaning issueslong delays
Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as I experienced long delays that aren't ideal after travel. The room, while spacious, could use a thorough cleaning as I noticed some leftover debris on the floor. Additionally, the noise from the street was noticeable, especially if you're on the lower floors—might want to consider requesting a higher floor for a bit more peace.

We had a great time enjoying the lovely rooftop pool, which was a huge hit with the kids. The hotel is conveniently located near the Warehouse and Second Street Districts, making it easy to explore fun shops and eateries all within walking distance.
My kids wished there were more activities for little ones in the hotel, maybe a small play area or organized kids' events during our stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the Warehouse and Second Street Districts, both just a 10-minute walk away. The vibe is welcoming and the rooms are spacious. Just a heads up, breakfast options in the lounge are limited but the staff is friendly.
I did experience noise from furniture movement early in the morning due to my room location, which was pretty annoying.

Couple's Retreat, Be Prepared for the Price Tag
The waiter staff at dinner was great and really made us feel welcomed. A quick call to the front desk for extra towels was answered fast by a pleasant attendant, which surprised me given the chaos.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still a decent experience overall.
